The SiT8208 is a high-performance oscillator for industrial, telecom, storage, networking and wireless applications. It is the industry's first MEMS oscillator to deliver 500 femtoseconds of typical integrated RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and ±10 ppm frequency stability across all temperature ranges. It supports a rich set of configurable features, such as any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz and FlexEdge™ EMI reduction technology that improves system performance and improves time-to-market. The SiT8208 is compatible with legacy quartz, SAW and overtone oscillators in footprint and package, and replaces these devices without any design changes.
